It analyses via software-algorithm the detected video information and evaluates thus the requested detection data (presence detector). The system is used for signal control at intersections for request and dimensioning. The Atlas card has 4 inputs and 8 switching outputs, which can be freely attached to the virtual detection zones. The two-camera solution is a cost-effective way to equip traffic light installations with video detection systems. The 8 switching outputs can be variably attached to the two video cameras.
